At Ivy’s House, we take care in preparing and shipping each order so it arrives safely and ready to enjoy.
Order Processing and Shipping
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days from the time they are placed.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package as it travels to you.
While we make every effort to ship within this time frame, processing times may occasionally vary depending on order volume or other operational circumstances. If processing times are expected to be longer than usual, customers will be notified.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Expedited shipping options may also be available during checkout depending on destination.
International Customers
Ivy’s House ships to select international destinations. Available countries are determined by our shipping settings and will appear as options during checkout.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost shown at checkout.
Delivery times for international shipments may vary depending on location and customs processing.
Shipping Delays
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier. While we do our best to ensure timely shipment, Ivy’s House is not responsible for delays that occur during transit.
Tracking updates may occasionally pause for several days while a package moves between carrier facilities. This is normal and typically resolves as the shipment continues through the carrier’s network.
If your tracking information has not updated for approximately 7 days, please contact us through the Contact page and include your order number so we can review the shipment details.
Missing or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, or if there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us through the Contact page and include your order number along with a brief description of the issue. We may request photos to help us understand what happened and determine the best solution.
If a shipment is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking around the delivery location and with nearby neighbors or building management. If the package still cannot be found, please contact us and we will review the situation with you.
