What type of ingredients do you use to make your candles?
Our candles are created using a premium coconut-apricot wax blend selected for its rich scent throw and clean, even burn performance. We use carefully blended fragrance oils and a palette of elegant colors with UV protection to help preserve the candle's appearance over time. Finished in a matte black vessel with a metal lid, our handcrafted candles are a natural fit for any home that appreciates a thoughtful touch.
How strong are your fragrances?
We grew tired of buying big box candles with weak scent profiles and decided to craft our candles based on the idea that every candle should impress a customer with a strong and vibrant aroma. We use a scent load concentration that we believe works best with our wax to deliver the very best fragrance possible.
Are your candles hand-poured?
Yes! Each of our candles are handmade in Colorado in small batches to create a highly consistent formula that delivers a quality burn every single time.
How often should I trim the wick?
Trim the wick to around 1/4" before each burn session. Your personal preference can determine what size flame you prefer, but extinguish and retrim the wick if the flame becomes dangerous or unstable. Trimming prior to every burn will ensure the best performance over the life of the candle.
Why is the first burn important?
The first burn helps set the "memory" of your candle. When you light a candle for the first time, allowing the candle to burn for a period long enough to generate a full melt pool can go a long way toward ensuring your candle burns consistently and evenly over its life. For our candles, this is roughly 2-4 hours, depending on your environment. Our coconut-apricot wax blend will slide down the jar with subsequent burns, preventing tunneling in most situations.
Why didn't my candle didn't form a full melt pool?
If your candle fails to develop a full melt pool on first burn, the usual culprit is a wick that has been trimmed a bit too small. A smaller flame may take longer to fill the vessel with a full melt pool. If this happens, our coconut-apricot wax should slide down as the candle burns and self-correct with time. To prevent this on future candles, we recommend trimming the wick a bit longer to ensure a strong, even flame.
How do I prevent my candle from tunneling?
Allowing a full melt pool to form during the first burn can help ensure even burn performance over the life of the candle. Coconut-apricot wax is resistant to tunneling, and will often slide down the vessel sides easily on subsequent burns.
Can you explain base and top notes?
Base notes serve as the grounding backdrop for the scent. Sandalwood, for example, adds a more subtle dimension to a fragrance that you don't always notice right away.
On the other hand, top notes serve as the accent that you notice immediately. For instance, citrus is a common top note that catches your attention quickly. Without the base notes, the top notes may appear to lack the layers required for a rich scent. In this way base notes add the "context" that creates a balanced scent profile.
Does the candle smell like apricot or coconut?
No, our coconut-apricot wax blend is unscented, you will only smell the fragrance blend unique for each candle.

Will I receive order tracking information after placing my order?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information so you can follow your package as it makes its way to you.
Are your products shipped gift-ready?
Yes! Our candles are shipped in gift-friendly packaging that do not display any order confirmation or pricing. All order confirmation information will be sent to your email directly.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us through our Contact page as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate the request. Once an order has been shipped, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible. In that case, please refer to our return or exchange policy for available options.
Shipping and Returns
What is your return policy?

How can I start the return process?
If you need to request a return, please contact us through the Contact page on our website and include your order number along with a brief description of the issue. Once we review your request, we’ll provide the next steps and any instructions.
How long does it take to process an order before shipping?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after they are placed. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its progress. Delivery time will then depend on the shipping carrier and your location. While we do our best to ship orders within this time frame, occasional delays may occur due to order volume or other circumstances. If processing times are expected to be longer than usual, we will notify customers accordingly.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to many countries worldwide. Available shipping destinations and rates are determined at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost shown at checkout. Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on location and customs processing.
What if my candle arrives damaged?
If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us through the Contact page and include your order number along with a brief description of the issue. Once we review your message, we may request photos to help us understand what happened and determine the best solution. We’ll work with you to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
What if my package is lost in transit?
Shipping carriers occasionally experience delays while packages move through their network. Tracking updates may pause for a few days while a package travels between facilities, and this is normal. If your tracking information has not updated for approximately 7 days, please contact us through the Contact page and include your order number. We’ll review the shipment details and help determine the best next step.
